I will meet with you and discuss your areas of weakness and strengths in your classroom. Based on that I will design a plan to improve your area of weakness

For example: If you struggle with keeping your students interested in your lessons, I will seat with you and discuss your teaching style and your lessons format.

I will identify the problems and work with you to match your teaching style with engaging lesson plans. Then we will observe/analyze/discuss the results and look for areas of improvement.
